A graduate of Auburn University, Martha Lynn Kale began a career in advertising at GSD&M Idea City and Texas Monthly Magazine. While in a creative position, Martha Lynn craved more and decided to explore her passion for beauty, style and fashion. She left her career sitting behind a desk for one standing behind a chair and entered cosmetology school where she trained under stylist to the stars Giacomo Forbes.

During her education, Martha Lynn discovered her talent to transform. Her sense of style, technical ability, and aptitude for flair and panache took her clients’ looks above and beyond anything they imagined. With her latest venture Mirror Mirror, Martha Lynn boldly steps out on her own, leading a talented team of beauty experts, to bring elevated style and an incredible salon experience to Austinites.

Martha Lynn has been recognized as an exceptional artist, winning accolades such as “Best Hairstylist” at the 2010 Austin Fashion Awards and being named Rare Magazine’s “Rarest of Them All.” She has styled for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Ballet Austin, and BMW of Austin. Her work has been featured in magazines and newspapers including Austin Monthly, INsite, Austin-American Statesman Glossy and Rare. As an active member of her community, Martha Lynn works with Dress for Success and the Junior League of Austin.
